The rates shown are per minute and based on forwarding to a UK destination. Forwarding to a TTNC VoIP User or SIP Trunk is £0.022/minute (2.2p). Forwarding to any other SIP address, Voicemail, Information Line and Fax to Email is the same as the tariff’s landline rate. A minimum cost of £0.015 (1.5p) applies to each chargeable call.

When calls are made to 0800/0808 numbers from either a BT Payphone or UK Mobile there is a surcharge on top of the normal call forwarding rates shown above.
Please note the surcharge applies to the full duration of the call, including the time we attempt the destination.
